I wasn't sure, but I thought she got killed the second time she was fought. Hopefully not.
As for Catry, well--in the US/EU version she'd probably just wake up in time and get out as well as Ardy could (and presumably reevaluate her career decision). In the Japanese version, well, maybe for the next season Ardy could gather the rainbow pieces and selflessly wish her back to life (also known as a 'DBZ Maneuver').
