Leaving it as flat colores so color picking is easier

Just as general stuff I didn't feel like puttin on the imagine:
He is a species I've yet to name, but for now I call him a fluff dragon!
He can control fire (blue colored)
There's a "transformation" he can archive where he becomes more feral-looking and a bit bigger
