Not the wisest auto purchase I made but no regrets. I bought it for $900 i work on cars so i can fix easily as it parts failed right wrong. Few months later I blew the engine then I thought good time to so some engine up grades form 55hp 1.3L carbed engine to a 90 hp sidekick/tracker 1.6 fuel injected. I proceeded to get all the parts to do the swap and the machine shop ruined my head or block or both. All I know is my timing belt had no longer fit so i tried shimming the head no luck. so now i have to get another 1.6 and have all the machine work done again it wasnt cheap had it bored .30 over port and polished over sized valves bla bla left it alone for 6 months and just recently started to wrench on it again brought back some memories.
Not to mention I got a junk yard front end painted myself reworked the hood so I have a little time and money in this one and its still not running on the road yet GRRRRRR. But it will be a bad ass trail truck when I'm finished.
