Oh, I'm sure there *are* serious criticisms you can make about manga -- but I'm equally sure that anybody who pays money for, say, a Rob Liefeld comic loses any right to make them.
I mean, that'd be like sitting through all the Saw and Hostel movies, then complaining about how sick and twisted Takashi Miike's stuff is, wouldn't it?
