So, remember how I said I kinda felt bad about commissioning next to nothing at megaplex this year? Well, pretty much as soon as I got home, I decided to take a break from "taking it easy with commissions". That is to say, if there was a commission I wanted, don't think about it, jump on it. So, in the two and a half months since, I commissioned roughly 25 more things. I'd say it's a problem, except I didn't break the bank, so great success! I should probably start taking it easy again, though....
But in the meantime, that's roughly 25 awesome commissions for y'all to look forward to! I doubt y'all are looking forward to it, actually. Maybe, like, a solid dozen at most. But, here's my goal, sometime between now and I'm done posting those, I get at least one more watcher. Why? Because, like, the counter's stuck at 999, and it's killing me. Make it an even 1k. Then people can stop watching me, I'll be good.
Anyways, first up in the quarter hundred pictured I'm gonna be posting eventually, this lovely piece by Rhos! Whom I actually met at megaplex. Yeah, I actually wanted to commission her, but she wasn't taking any at the con, but conveniently, she started offering just a couple weeks later, and as my new philosophy on commissions went, I jumped on it. Wanted a cute (shirtless) skips just chilling and being all fluffy because whynot, you know? I knew Rhos could do an awesome cheetah, so it an obvious choice. And I'm really glad with how it turned out! Love the fluff, love the pose, love the expression, etc. It's great.
So, that's one down. Two dozen more to go. And there's, like, a solid half dozen that aren't done. So yeah, will take a while to post those. It'll be fun! Trust me.
Big thanks to Rhos for the awesome picture! I may commission this colored in the future, maybe...we'll see. I do like a quality black and white sketch, though. So might not. What do y'all think? Color? No? Ambivalence? No answer? Good enough. I'll figure it out. Thanks!
