Aaaaaa more snow! Totally worth drawing the outside of that building. And if the winter weather is good for anything, it's giving the main characters different outfits.
Riley the Riolu has something I've long since lost: a passion for customer service. In a way, I'm pretty envious...but mostly I'm not. Working retail for over fifteen years has beaten the giving-a-shit shit out of me.
Something I've become passionate about (in no small part thanks to
dragonsushi ) is the importance of rescuing/adopting an animal as opposed to buying a pet. Geoff's Pets 'n' Stuff buying and selling rescue animals seems like a good compromise. Stimulates the economy and insures no pet goes unsheltered.

It's funny, a lot of pet places actually host local shelter animals! I don't know all the ins and outs (I'm just the shit scooper), but I know that cats at my job end up going to local petsmarts and other stores. It seems like shelters/rescues often partner with pet stores, sometimes even organizing special events! I know that our shelter also gets food donations from these stores when stuff is overstocked, or past the sell-by date (like with human food it's still good, just not "peak freshness")... -babble babble-
