Endless Realms bestiary - Behemoth
Bestiary artwork for Endless Realms, a D&D-like "pen and paper" fantasy RPG I'm working for.
Behold now behemoth!
Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly.
He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together.
His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron...
O day of wrath and doom impending!

Heaven and earth in ashes ending.
What fear man's bosom rendeth...
I had a few open-ended choices for this creature block - I wanted at least one colossal terror of the land, a kaiju or tarrasque-type beast, and since we have Leviathan, opted to do a rendition of Behemoth. I didn't see it until I started painting him, but he totally makes me think of Giga Bowser meets tarrasque :b
