It's a kitsune, it's a cat ? No, it's a Kitsuneko...! This sums up the dilemma little Saya has to live with since she was born, and she's not quite fond of it. Daughter of a Cat girl and a Silver Kitsune, both females but as one knows kitsunes are sly creatures which many tricks up their sleeves, and her vixen of a mother -Nhala Veneris- seems to have found a way to get pregnant her dearest Nora, a cat girl. But despite her mixed origin, their child Saya inherited most traits from her 'paternal' side, much to her discomfort. Why ? Only because of the kitsune's reputation of being tricksters, that's often how people see the hybrid at first glance, and she hates it. She hates not being able to socialize well with people because of it, but mostly disregard those because they judge her solely on her appearance...
Kitsunes are tricksters, and that was exactly thanks to this her vulpine's mother was able to save her soon-to-be wife from a public execution, her only crime being one of those despised hybrids at that time. They met from this incident, and grew fond to each other to the point of having a beloved child after everything went better for hybrids, after the revolution. Saya was mostly raised by her cat mother, her kitsune parent being quite busy assisting the ones responsible for the hybrid's emancipation - and that's probably why the girl didn't inherited from her trickiness despite the similarities with her vulpine mother. Kind yet prideful, the kitsuneko goes around the world as an ambassador of hybrid's rights, full of good intentions despite how people can view her.¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤Damn, another adopt from DeviantArt's artist Asgard-Chronicles but what can I say, I like his stuff and I'm weak ;w;
This one is special though, because it went oddly well with something else. The artist's thoughts when he drew her were about a catgirl looking like a fox, and people judged her as mischievous or deceitful and... Well, there is a Dungeons & Dragons game where I play a female Silver Kitsune (Nhala), and our group saved a catgirl (Nora) from being executed and with who she developed feelings for her. That's what made me buy this girl, because it was too tempting to make her their daughter and all ¦3
