Here have we a Leonian warrior.
The Leonians are an alien species that shares some evolutionary parallels with Earth's lions, like fur and head, but the lack of a tail and the four arms show clearly that the Leonians have not much to share with common lions. They have a monarchy with one emperor and are very aggressive. Not aggressive as individual, but they offensively expand their territory and their greatest interest is uranium. The Leonians are rather opportunistic and unscrupulous than evil... but they don't care if their hunger for Uranium kills entire races.
They have an unique technology that some how can make Uranium stimulate in a way that is unknown by all other races. That's why no other material seems to be of such great interest to them than Uranium. No simple atom-splitting. They induct and transform the Uranium into something... way more powerful.
Leonians are proud of their victories, but they are cunning and try to weaken their enemies first with sabotage and espionage before starting an open conflict.
