Actually, it's just a random 30s-style kangaroo. But that Kiki short was really interesting to see. Funny to compare the Terrytoon stuff to what other studios were making in that very same year.

(obviously, they had more money to spend as well) It's like Terrytoons always used the animation style from ten years ago. They made some entertaining stuff, nonetheless. Mickey's kangaroo is from 1935. It has the best Pluto expression EVER!
