This was a good painting session and discussing bat culture and habits with her was very interesting. I'm just a bit sorry that we had to communicate by writing because I couldn't hear her voice at all. :-/

Falene e pipistrelli, una coppia che interessa molto gli etologi. Esiste una specie di falena che, quando sente il suono di ricerca di cattura del pipistrello, sbatte le ali in modo da emettere il suono esattamente opposto, annullando completamente le onde sonore e di fatto accecando il predatore.
