This is finally done.
Started around the same time as "Monsterous Manbeast" I just.... never got it done. Many reasons stopped me but my whole family wanted me to finish it! So, for my mother, here's my personal character "Sun" turning into a tree-beast.
The poem I just kinda made off the top of my head as I was editing the picture. Back to my roots there! (pun intended) I have a serious obsession with little rhymes and children's poetry.
(I feel like I should make seperate accounts for my cute stuff >>;; Maybe I will? We'll see. :D )

Oh WOW Gravy... this is just amazing!! I love how much is going on here, how much depth and detail there is. There's just so much happening yet it all looks so flowing and natural. I love the dragon down there, the mushrooms, the way the ears are turning into wood like the tree.. and aw the little snails! This is so incredible!
oh. I was thinking about it later and i thought you may have misunderstood me. XD I planned on colouring it for myself. I only post those unless the artists let me. I was asking if you wanted to see my colour job of it when i was done.

Today someone suggested you to me as an artist I might want to commission at some point.
I saw this piece. And what I thought was...this artist has SOUL.
Some artists...they seem to draw things just to make money. It's business to them.
And some artists, they are both, they draw to make money, and they draw to please themself.
This piece here, it spoke to me. BEAUTIFUl piece. Something with a heart to it that seems to just reach out and touch my spirit. Wonderful to see.

Sometimes I'll get buried in comments, like if I make a journal asking a bunch of things or a sexy picture. And I'll miss really great ones like this. I'm really glad I put this as my top image, I've received some great feedback. All the more reason to continue doing peices like this from the heart!
