Endless Realms bestiary - Astral Dragon
Bestiary artwork for Endless Realms, a D&D-like "pen and paper" fantasy RPG I'm working for.
In the game, dragons are, essentially, lesser gods - one for each major cosmic force and elemental power. This is the Astral Dragon, lord of all time and space, weaver of the cosmos, and keeper of all the fathomless secrets of the multiverse... and I'm sure a whole lot of other fanciful titles could apply, but I'll stop there ;)

Weavers are not dancers, and dancers aren't weavers, they're entirely separate classes. Dancers use chaos magic via expression/movement, which is more about emotional manipulation and visual illusion, buffing and debuffing and controlling the battlefield. Weavers use astral magic and are able to manipulate the flow of energy/magic, open portals to or divine information from other places/times/dimensions, and in combat are primarily damage dealers, I believe.
Chaos mages = dancers
Order mages = mystics
Astral mages = weavers
Elemental mages = elementalists
Life/death mages = animancers
Spirit mages = shrinekeepers
