Vocals: Vocaloid DEX
Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
Who's coming to you when I'm gone?
Who's gonna take you away
Where's all the logic for this
I wonder why's my trust gone away
Hey i know you all too well
but i don't know you at all
exhausting lexapro in hopes you won't
ever fade away from me
[chorus]
Hey I've gotta hide what's real inside
because i've died living in this state of mind
babe i've gotta go but i couldn't go
just so you know, i love you
[Verse 2]
I haven't got a good reason to feel
how i do when you're gone
unrealistic properties within me
that should've been stored away
i don't know if this isn't too much for you
i don't know if i'm even good enough for you
where's all the logic for this
i wonder why's my trust gone away
[chorus 1 and 2]
Hey I've gotta hide what's real inside
because i've died living in this state of mind
babe i've gotta go but i couldn't go
just so you know, know...
you don't gotta hide what's real inside
because i've died trying to tell you my state of mind
you don't gotta go, no please do not go
because you know i'm helpless

I love how you used a Hammond organ type sound.. they're so beautiful.. I love them on R&B tracks.. they are so addictive.. I love how it has a slight electrical sound to it.. I feel like.. doing that really pushes the meaning of the words.. and makes the voice sound more broken.. also.. in addition to that.. I also like the settings you used.. the rasp really sounds nice hear.. and I like how the mixing makes the rasp in the voice sparkle a little, in any case it really makes it sound beautiful. "gone away" I like how you drag out specific notes.. and the reason that is.. because I feel like how you also made the vibrato slow too.. gives it a some what choked feeling.. without making it sound like a mess. So your voice manipulation work is really spot on and is impressive especially considering I've used vocaloid and know how difficult it can be. So I really wanna congratulate you on that.. for real.. ;-;
I really like the chorus.. I love how chose to have these nice.. low grinding harmonies.. that really expose some of the best elements of the voice. That mixed.. with the gentle high.. sound in the background that gently travels around.. it really creates a nice mood.. 1:20 the riff.. Aghh.. I am sucker for that stuff.. and I do not mean this as an insult.. but I loved how electrical that was.. it was so sharp.. in the best ways.. it cut through hard. This song reminds me of quite a few different songs.. but not enough to be not original. Some that come to mind are.. Circle you, Circle you.. but the thing that reminded me of that is the transition between chorus and instrumental parts.
And as for the other song.. Wind by Akeboshi.. it was one of the Naruto openings.. but the reason I get reminded of that.. is I aren't sure if it's the structure or the instrumental direction.. but either way.. I really like how the song progressively sounds like it gets more talkative for example at 2:10 .. for me it seems like.. the singer is expressing them selves more and more as the song continues.. and I like that.. considering the lyrics... I also really think the way you chose a lot of uneven synths to drive the song.. it really connects perfectly with the theme of the song.. and the lyrical content and how hurt the singer/song writer -hug- so I think it home definitely.
I also just wanted to say.. the pause on.. "this, this state of mind" was f&%*ing powerful as s%&* I really thought that hit hard.. that was so pretty.. you did amazing with this.. everything is spot on.. and the key change.. oh my god.. the amount of panic.. coupled with the "please do not go" Jesus.. I love how.. your mind works.. damn you're a really good song writer.. you have a lot of good ideas.. and a lot of your feelings reflect in your work.. I mean.. even if it's not that.. you really get invested in the role of what you were going for.. and with the lyrical content and everything it's spot on.. Really good job Micheal you can definitely tell you've improved.. <3 really nice job.

Well good.. I definitely wanted to not half arse it.. Which I usually don't anyway.. but I figured you needed to hear some good things you're doing right.. Which you do anyway.. I aren't sowing you a bunch of lies.. I truly think these things.. and I analyze and pick out what I like and talk about them and point them out.. because I think your efforts need to be realized and appreciated.. and they're definitely there.. y'know? I think so at least definitely without a doubt..
