I would, but it way, way post my skill level. These were nice simple things. Import the lineart as a vector, select the colors and edge, and the rotation speed. The jet is so much more complicated.

Yeah. If it's not a basic rotation like this, or with a program like Poser and a model you have to build, it generally means drawing each frame separately. I can do simple little things like this, but http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1894930/ with the yellow rotating the opposite direction is as complicated as I ever managed.
