The last panel is a really lame joke. I chalk it up to fish humor and make no apologies.

Still, I do have to wonder who thought it was a good idea to put Undyne in charge of a cutter. She doesn’t really understand how the human armed forces work, let alone how or why humans might be afraid of magic.
