Anyways, One Piece artsy fart stuff again, this time for a recent actual character, the Queen of Transvestites, Empolio Ivankov. I certainly didn't do him justice because it's much harder to tell that his facial shape is supposed to resemble a young Tim Curry, but I liked how it turned out. Might scrap it later anyways though. >>
