I couldn't find anything like that. Still, didn't know the guys made fun of Church's weight. Maybe he's like Pinocchio and trying to be a real boy! A fat boy at the way he's going. XD

There's one fat gag at Church's expense in season 5, and a mention of him "eating all the fried chitlins again" in an early-season PSA, so I guess it was a joke on the producers' back-burner for a long time. XD

and there was this other scene that went like this
