-Terms-

- any detail about the character (name/gender/personality etc.) is up to you
- you can edit the design as long as it doesn't become unrecognizable
- you can also change/remove/edit any accessory that comes with the design
- making them a shapeshifter or changing species entirely is allowed
- you can gift or trade the design as you please, but you may not resell it for more than you bought it for
- you can not claim the original design was made by you
- you don't have to give me credit for the design in every single image of the character, but it would be nice if you do it for the ref/first picture you post of it
- you can use the design for comics/books/stories/games you plan to sell. But you may not use the image/design for merchandise prints (shirts, mugs, wallets etc) unless it's for personal use only
- only exception to the above rule is if the comic/whatever you made has become popular enough for you to sell merchandise of it.(meaning you are not making money just off my design, but off what you yourself made and worked for with it)
- I can do holds for a short while
- transactions will be done through paypal
- I will only take money for the design. No points/art/other designs
- after purchase I will note you the adopt's image without the watermark
