Hiking in the Mountains, by Kitsune Kit
ORIGINAL ARTWORK HERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21488703/
As some of you may know, I've been really getting back into hiking and backpacking, looking for opportunities to do so with local groups. To help bridge that with my online, shiny self, I wanted to get something showing that, and how it really feels to get out in the wild like that, to step away from everything, even if only for a while. It's incredibly peaceful.
Hiking on the trail you come across a lot of friends, too! Sometimes it's just a simple butterfly or two, like here, and sometimes a bigger animal, like a coyote (recent experience). It's always a fun experience in the end, usually with a story to tell.
Some of you may notice the glasses look a bit new! I've been wearing glasses IRL for the past 15 years, and finally felt it was time to bring that into my furry persona. They're as much a part of me as anything else, hehe. The outfit, while perhaps a bit garish for me IRL (and let's be honest, probably a bit for Ceralor too), is really fun too, and I think we'll start seeing other things like it too soon.
Yet again, thank you so much for the amazing commission, Kit. It's always a pleasure commissioning you and your work has been perfect. ^^
