Tamaura is from the webcomic Blindsprings by Kadi Fedoruk. It's a charming tale about a girl who met a boy... who takes her against her will into a world that had long since advanced without her, where now the magic of her people, the Orphics are feared and despised.
I'd like to think Tamara's hair is still purple here despite all the costume work. <3 <3
