and as for the 'not mountains but hills' comment, same could be said for the mountains i live near, they are tiny compared to the larger ones on the continent xD

Where abouts are you? They're very hard to come by in adoption centres and I think there is only one that I know of at the moment, but she might have already been adopted, she's been there for a while! Also, if you're in the US, there are a lot of bad people breeding them, who have stolen them from the breed creator here in the UK. They're fantastic dogs though :D I've been lucky enough to meet about 20 of them, excluding the breeders bunch :P
I find they have less health issues than the GSD and are much easier to handle/train that Huskies or Malamutes!
