Ah, that's tough to say. My favourite starting point was A1, Leaf. In general, the choices that propagated from there were my favourite.
A list of my favourite endings follows. Note that comments on endings may also include comments on earlier points in the branch.
E2 - Auri is so cute! ^_^ And I have to say, the last clause of the second-to-last sentence was really awesome.
G1 - The ending name is so apt. The idea of being to do all this stuff, but still be able to go back to normal at any time, really appeals to me. I don't typically like irreversibility - it's too drastic.
H1 & H2 - I love the dialog, and the overall tone. Being Leaf's friend would be a dream come true :D
I2 - Oh, so big!~ - I'd like to say, I really love the whole magic system you paint in this CYOA. I find it really cool how magical items just sort of slide into your head, like in this choice as well as I1, T1, and T2.
Honourable mentions follow. These are typically ones that I enjoy the idea of, but aren't necessarily as turned on by.
I1 - Blimped up huge, drifting wherever one may like, and magically invisible so as not to disturb anyone... sounds awesome.
O1 - Yay! Bubbles! Bubbles are a little more obscure, so I wasn't expecting the N1 branch. It was a pleasant surprise.
T2 - Hey, I think I recognize that spider drone...! I wasn't expecting one of
finalcord's characters in this. Pretty neat.
Overall, in conclusion, having read the entirety of all of the choices, I have to say that this is a very, very high-quality inflation CYOA. The only things I didn't enjoy were simply the things that I'm not into - mostly the endings involving someone's mind being rewritten or completely irreversible transformations. But that is simply because they are not for me - I understand that other people do like that stuff, and it is simply a consequence of appealing to so many kinds of inflation-related kinks.
Thank you for making this!
