Halloween Dragons 2016
Last year, wuffy put out a big dragon in the front yard, along with his black cat blowup ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17988836/ ). Lots of kids and parents posed before the dragon to have their pictures taken with the friendly critter.
The dragon was such a hit, that he called in all his friends to share in the glory!
Now wuffy has a whole flight of dragons roosting in front of his house, ready to bask in the adulation of their fans. *grins*
As you can see from the size of the Subaru Forester in the drive, compared to the dragons nearby, these are not little critters either! Though wuff DOES have a lot of smaller dragons out there too! There's a serpent dragon swimming next to the sidewalk, another guarding a globe at the corner of the walkway, a winged version with a lantern to light the stair by the porch, a "doorbell dragon" crawling up the wall just about the bell, and a little dragon gargoyle perched on the bricks by the door.
Just in case folks missed the presence of all these beasts, there are also two signs out front advising of them:
- Beware, guarded by dragon with attitude
- There be dragons here!
Wuffy will leave it to the guests to figure out which of them has the "attitude". *grins*
Too many dragons, perhaps? Not by this wuff's estimates! *grins*

HEHE about 20 years ago I helped a friend do up his front porch. One was a box that it's lid popped open and a rat popped up... the other was a large rat with glowing red eyes going across the corner of the walkway by the door.
The other was a wave under the runner on the walk way... We were working on how we could make it look like the runner was a muzzle so when it opened it showed teeth and jaws...
The most fun I had was playing a 8 foot tall werewolf at a haunt.

Yeah a number of the actors were active duty US Army so they had friends coming through the haunt called Black Lake Asylum, a few came couple of times. My sweetie was the receptionist, she had the cackle down pat she also let us know we had people coming through.
A couple of the guys told the show manager they thought they may have wet themselves... When they got to the werewolf they KNEW they did... A few of the guys that had been in the middle east got through the show and did okay till they got to the dark hall that's about 60 feet long... and just out of sight at the very end was me in an alcove most times sitting on a chair so I was about 6 feet tall... about this time I would snap my head around toward them and stand... a couple of people tried to go through the wall behind them.
The best part was a little girl about 10 had to give the werewolf a hug... her parents were scared and frozen... So the werewolf gave her a hug and a pat on the head sending her on her way. I found out later that evening at a break that they wanted to meet the werewolf so their daughter could thank me... We had just started the show so that didn't happen.

It really does!
Wuff has seen a lot of cars slowing down, some stopping completely, and one did a U-turn and came back to look again! *chuckles*
Have had folks applaud and shout from their cars when Vrghr was working in the yard while the dragons were out.
They are certainly a hit!

Absolutely true!
Wuff was telling kids that the one dragon was so popular last year, he invited all his friends over to share in the admiration! *grins*
Vrghr even picked up a green and orange "Christmas Dragon" with a stocking cap, to put out for the next season.
