The Confederate Strike Fighter Mark 7 (CSF-7), dubbed “Drachling,” is the seventh generation of two-seated advanced aerospace combat jets. Development began in 1761 A.U., the first squadron was deployed in 1767, and mass production began one year later.
While the pilot is in control of the jet, it is the gunner’s task to operate the two micro rocket launchers and the turret under the cockpit. Due to the limited amount of rockets, it is advised to the crew to avoid heavily armored targets and concentrate on dogfights or anti-air defences instead.
As Drachlings are not designed for deep space operations, there will always be a corvette or larger ship nearby to support them.

Sorry i was in hospital for 2 weeks.
Probably equal or Drachling. Shields, probably better targeting systems since his main weapon is a movable turret like on modern attack helicopters and can't really run out of ammo. Downside, larger profile.
In conclusion, who wins depends on who is flying the thing
