Well technically since your taur is feline based, wouldn't it be called a Chakat?

In fact; no. I put that very clearly in her profile; she is often confused for a Chakat, but she is not a Chakat, as she is not as technologically advanced as a Chakat, and most importantly she is not a hermaphrodite but single-gendered.

I have to admit that my feline taur race is very much derived off Chakats, but mine are called Mauwria, and they are distinctly single-gendered for one, and have a different inside and outside build as Chakats =~.^=
