Ok so i like how they can organize music and whatnot, they were the first to do that and i give them mad props for it. However, the music quality sucks compared to a much lower priced minidisc player. Its just too bad they don't sell mini-disc players anymore.

Bottom line is that they're generally overpriced, over-sized (storage capacity) and the interface leaves something to be desired (at least in my opinion) I'd rather have the new Sandisc player.

Its called the Sansa if that helps. OH and it can do everything an ipod can plus you don't have to use itunes to move music around.

I understand that - but there are cheaper iPods out there that work, also, as for me, i'm an Apple Mac user as its interface suits me better, and i find the graphics capabilities superior - as well as the lack of viruses. so iPods are a better choice fo rme, seeing as iTunes is an apple programme

You make a valid point there, but wouldn't the better option be to just stop using macs? :P

They are brilliant for what i need to do, and seeing as i love the computers/ software/ interface, why not love their other products :D
If someone likes a certain type of salad at a tapas bar - which they also love, why not try and love the other products? :D

nice! I love leopard. But the thing that i ended up not liking about the ipod is the interface. For me it's too unintuitive to have just the one wheel thingy.....

glad you appreciate leopard - it is INFINITELY better than vista. so much. in everything that is happening everyday all the time. [i should be an iMac saleswoman... *looks for 'jobs wanted' in local apple store*

for me the wheel just ends up being awkward. my favorite part about mac laptops is the trackpad.
