I decided to release today's strip as a tribute to my friend David Whamond who tragically passed away two days ago. He co-wrote many of the recent Transmission story arcs with me. He was big Doctor Who fan and we managed to find a way to fit a reference in during this chapter. Himself and his contributions to Transmission will be greatly missed.
David also co-wrote my two Kat-Venture comic books. There are also a couple of other comics books he helped me write that are in development. Thank you David. I don't think these stories would have been quite as entertaining without your contributions to them.

I'm still in shock to learn that he has passed away, despite not knowing him. I appreciated all his hard work that he's done with the Kat-Venture books and with his contributions to Transmission. I'm sure you'll miss him and I certainly will miss seeing his name with these contributions to your hard work. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Thank you, David Whamond for exchanging Pokemon as well sending me Poke-Mails, battling on Pokemon 2P and on Super Mario DX. Sorry that I didn't had the time nor opportunity to rescue your Pokemon Silver from the saves expiring. But it was fun while it lasted and I will keep your souvenirs and gifts for me to remember you.
