Only two more weeks were left and Sakina would complete her MA degree in engineering at her local university. However a radical party of the goverment passed a law that banned the women from setting foot in the university. Not only did it affect the female students, but also the faculty and staff as well. This outrage the women in the community to the point that they started a series of protests.

I love the determination and anger visible on their faces, and the nervous glances. Almost photojournalistic. I do hope their brothers within the campus will show solidarity :/

Nods, indeed. The men on the campus actually does ralley in, especially those who are related, engaged, or friends of the women on the campus. The town that Sakina lives in is a close knit community. There everyone looks out for one another, especially when invaders come in to start up some trouble.
Just wondering. Is this referring to the recent Iran election scandal created by Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his minion Mahmoud Ahmadinejad? I always like some drawings refer to events or important days or whatever.
Man, my Persian friends are ticked off with the Islamist and these bastards. Which reminds me how ticked I am to the Commie Bastards. Well, what do you expect, Ali Khamenei and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad 's best buddies (How about butt buddies) are Chinese Communist. There's a saying goings around the world, "Birds of the same feather flocks together". These despots and dictators surely are on the same league. Not to mention they uses the same type of digital Berlin Wall (or Great Firewall of China, but Firewall keep things from coming while Berlin wall keep people from reaching out. So Berlin Wall is more accurate)
