Special Salmon Steaks
2 (8 ounce) salmon steaks
2 Tbs butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 green onion, sliced
1 Tbs minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1. Place salmon in a lightly greased 8-in. square baking dish. Top with butter and lemon juice. Combine onion, parsley, garlic salt and lemon pepper; sprinkle over salmon.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Baked Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese
1 lb asparagus, tough stems removed
Nonstick cooking spray
2 1/2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese (I actually used a lot more than this)
1 1/2 Tbs soft white bread crumbs
2 tsp unsalted butter or margarine
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Arrange the asparagus in a baking pan that has been lightly coated with the cooking spray. Sprinkle with the cheese and bread crumbs and dot with the margarine.
2. Bake, uncovered, until the asparagus is just tender-about 15 minutes. (Note: Baking time may vary by up to 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the asparagus.)
