I was testing out some new inking pens this weekend, as my trusty Sakura Microns just don't seem to get along with my Prismacolor colored pencils (I think their waxy nature isn't compatible with the ink, and was causing smudges and smears). So, I wanted to see how Prismacolor and Copic liners fared. Both were significantly better, I didn't really get the smudging problem. I will probably use both in the future as I bought sets of each and now have a wide variety of line sizes to play with.
