This is a melee weapon that has been used in the dark fantasy empire, the Reign of Darkness (1000 - 2013), a massive fantasy medieval empire that occupied much of the planet, Sephiroth. This weapon was used by one of the three branches of the Lycan Army. Each Lycan under a branch of military had a glowing eye color that would describe their place in combat. The Red-Eyed Lycans were a branch for the werewolves with super strength and physical attributes, and this weapon was developed for this particular branch.
