As Shepard presses on, he remembers his last moments with Garrus.

The final part of the series and the most depressing for many reasons. Giving the challenges the second video posed, I was able anticipate what I was going to have to do with the videos files which made it a lot easier rendering it. The hardest part was playing through Mass Effect 3, aside from some really good parts, I hate this game overall. ME3's ending is unsatisfying, it hardly ties the second game into the trilogy (though may of this games issues with story started with ME2) which made me enjoy that game less, makes much of the first game pointless, and for the promise of choices in the series changing the story, it hardly changes anything (with very few good examples.) This game also doesn't have much in terms of conversations with Garrus despite having more than ME2. Pretty much all of Garrus' talks on the Normandy are talking about how the war is going and bringing up Garrus' family, similarly to ME2's talks obsessing over Sidonis and the minimal romance dialogue. Come to think of it, aside from the first conversation and a small line in his last conversation on the Normandy, there's pretty much no romance going on in Garrus' talks in ME3 which really reflected in my video. Honestly, I think the best part of my video is the last are the last two minutes; I tried to make the ending choice rather ambiguous if Mass Effect fans catch small details in the footage with the obvious exception of the synthesis ending.
Well, it's time to say good bye to Garrus and look forward to what the next Mass Effect will bring. I hope BioWare can recreate the sense of wonder the first game had without trying to reskin elements of the trilogy and I hope we don't get a cheap Garrus 2.0 in Andromeda.
Though I hope we'll get some good gay male aliens...Maybe BioWare should just stop making "RPG" games and just create a lengthy dating sim game around their stories and characters.

The ending was something I struggled with, figuring out whether to go with the canon ending or some sort of fan made ending maybe using the happy ending mod. Had I finished this years ago, I probably would have had it end with Shepard being shot by Marauder Shields. In the end, I kind of tried mixing both. The flashes that are suppose to be happening in real time and memorial scene uses a mix of both the control and destroy ending, EDI is still alive despite having Shepard's gasp scene which means it should be the destroy ending. I wanted to leave it kind of ambiguous as to what ending it is to pretty much let my audience make their own head canon with the obvious exception of the synthesis and refusal ending. I tried to not to focus too much on the actual ending and tried to focus on Shepard's last thoughts being of Garrus, their relationship and love and leave of with a glimmer of hope that it's possible for them to have a happy ending together alive.
I hated the trilogy's ending, I still do. Though, I think I did a pretty good job with how I ended my video series, personal, given what I had to work with as it is my favorite moment from it.

They should have done something like the ME2 ending, when you have 3 possibilities of ending too, All dead, only a few survives, everybodies lives. Or do something kinda like that, the possibility of a happy ending, thousand ways to do that... but no of course they had to do the extended cut version, And hopefully for FREE, they wanted to make a DLC out of it but they probably got afraid of the community second Wave of HATE XD. but it didn't got so well neither... JUST A FUCKING GASP ? REALLY ?! FUCK YOU BIOWARE
I did the same for garrus and it's pissing me off cause you save him during the " big rush" to the beam, if you took him with you you just help him to evacuate and give him a last kiss Goodbye ! How Fucking mean is that ? bioware developpers should DIE for this !

I LOVE mass effect universe, the 2 and 3 are the best for me... but at the end of the ME3... The whole game it's litteraly cupcakes for my eyes and my ears but at the end it's just like : Eh What about changing the frosting just before the climax ? Chocolat flavour ? i don't think so, SHIT FLAVOUR for Everyones And Fuck all the fans !
