If Kill Joe were born in the real world, he will be from Scotland. Because I don't know why but always I see him as a scottish hunky dragon, that die and reborn as a japanese young dragon/man (Haru).

He is actually came from a different world that has a similar cuture of this country and a little with Ireland, but this is from another day!!

Also I really love kilts, and even that he is wearing a skirt, he still manly enough to kill you!! XD
