Interesting shading, looks almost like a polorid pic itself. Well, more of the older traditinal ones the background actually comes in nice for something not drawn, most of the time just a simple imprint makes it look out of place, but i think the out of focus view makes it tie in rather well.
Simple, but cute happy image.
