I think you might need to cut the duration of the last frame of the GIF in half for seamless looping in a browser (it's a browser quirk).
Only animation critique is that the ears need a little more follow through - particularly on the loop of the gif, where they seem to be following the sway of the body, then rise to 'stick' at the top, then follow again - rather than swaying after the entire loop.

This looks fantastic, especially the quicker animations in the tail! If you have any WIP shots or anything, I'd love to have a look at your process and see your workflow.
