Thank you! I also like shiny and glowing things, sometimes I feel like I use that as a crutch in my work but hey, its what I like so whos to say I cant do it?
Honestly the mess was already happening and I hadnt even planned to make it like this. I used several different textured brushes alternating the colors and the brush setting (color dodge, color burn, etc) and just kind of went with it. Then shading ofcourse on top of that.
