So remember how StrangerAtaru inspired me to make a Hydegirl? Well, you can't have a hydegirl without a corresponding Jekyll-like to go with her. As such, meet Hydella's human form, a lovely German scientist by the name of Veronica Veidt. She is a lovely and self-conscious German scientist with long red hair and cute blue eyes. She works in Riverport's own SPEAR agency as the creator of numerous demon-hunting technologies. While she is good at her work, she doesn't see herself as being a particularly good scientist despite obvious evidence to the contrary.
Veronica has developed numerous weapons for use by SPEAR's agents, including powerful high velocity handguns and high-bore rifles, specially-crafted armored suits, advanced demon-detection gear and even several unique melee weapons for the best agents. Since she interacts directly with the top agents in the field, she is closely acquainted with Raiga and Leon, and though she would never admit it, she admires Leon from a distance, finding him very attractive.
I haven't quite worked out how she came in contact with the Hyde formula that gave her the ability to transform into the teal-skinned musclular wonder that is Hydella, but it most certainly was a side effect of an experiment to give herself more confidence.
Veronica: *adjusts her glasses with a small blush* Uhm... welcome back, Agent Raihara... Agent... A-A-Agent... *turning red with embarrassment as she tries to talk to Leon* Agent E-Eeeemmmmmm... *shrieks and shakes her head, moving to the development table* Y-YOUR NEW EQUIPMENT IS READY!!! *thinking to herself* Nailed it~
