Fiara's planet of Frieza's race are actually peaceful unlike Frieza and his army. They mostly study meditation and harnessing their ki for things other than fighting. Although if needed they are rather powerful and can fight if they or their planet were being threatened.

Fiara herself is peaceful like the rest of her planet. Her baseline power level is 10,000,000 and her maximum is 100,000,000. She has excelent control over her ki and can use ki attacks with little effort. She is also fast and smart making her tough to fight even for those who are more powerful than her.

She is seeking a man that is okay with her being a herm, and will be happy to give and receive during intercourse.

On her new home planet she does wear clothes, a variety of them in fact as she likes trying different styles since she didn't have to wear clothes her whole life.
