A.K.A. Epee Rising Wind.
I figured that, if Raphael and Amy can do a high rising kick to send opponents in the air, why not D. Dan.
And I gave it the name Epee Shofu because that is what Guy Sansei and Rock Lee do in the Japanese version of Naruto and I am a bit of a Naruto fan, particularly with Rock Lee as my favorite character.

Really good stuff dude, I like how clean your line work is (Even for digital art I've seen people leaving marks and blotches everywhere, it's nice seeing someone who keeps lineart neat and clean).
Since I noticed on your page you liked critique, I hope you don't mind me pointing out a few things every now and then :)
The pose is pretty solid in itself, though the visible hip seem a bit off, I can see that the left leg's knee is bent inwards and the twist in the torso implies there is a slight twist in the body where he's turning slightly to the right as he kicks upward, it may just be the clothing but it appears his left hip is really thin, as there does appear to be some clothing blocking view of it, still I just thought I'd mention it. It's still a good piece, though, keep up the good work, man!

Thank you very much for the critique and pointing out all that stuff. I am still working on the folds and curves of the clothing still.
I have not noticed the turning of the knee and hip.
Though I suppose I can write that off as he simply was doing the high kick just after coming in on the side while turning around surprising the opponent either in retreat or simply coming in from behind.
Is that a plausible notion? Sounds good enough to me though I would like a second opinion to see it it is so. ^\/^.
