This is Gabriel, a fuzzy-tailed alien from Kaourika's webcomic (which is under refurbishing).

What's Gabriel running from? Well one of two things. My memory fails if Gabriel was the married one or the missing one. So if he's the married one, he's running from his pregnant wife. If he's the missing one, he's running from his brothers. I'm sorry, with the comic under refurb, I can't look and remember. T____T
