Q: Why would a wolf of such stature be afraid of a little frog?
A: It"s just what ladies do.
Q: Why would one wear such delicate garments in the forest?
A: It's whimsical, or something.
Q: What is a Red-Eyed Tree Frog doing in such a dried-out forest, away from its natural habitat, eastern Australia?
A: How about an easier question?
Q: Why are the Red-Eyed Tree Frog's eyes actually Yellow?
A: I don't know man.
Q: Can you answer any of my questions?
A: Depends what the question is.
Q: You have a bucket with 7 apples and a bucket with 5 apples. How many Buckets do you have?
A: IDK at least 12.

Review because you are on "I love critiques"
This is a good start but needs work in several areas.
The first is composition. The foreground and background do not blend together- even blurred there is no real depth to this piece because it feels like the characters are on top of it, not inside of it. Suggestion is not to use photo backgrounds in this way- they're too jarring and distract from the important part: your art.
Next is consistent lighting. Because you put in a background, it comes with a light source already shining through the trees. This would be behind the characters. Your light source some from in front of the characters.
The next is anatomy. I didn't know she was a fraid as she looks happy. There are a lot of other anatomical issues that go through the body, so I suggest suckering one of your friends into holding still while you draw them in that pose. If you can't do that, then use photo reference- but that's 2nd best since photos flatten out an image. If you can go to any local life drawing sessions do so- you'll love what happens when you start looking at muscle groups. Remember: The better you know reality, the better your fantasy will be. Always!
Same goes for clothing- the way cloth drapes over a body lends the body mass.
You have a lot of potential here, so lets see how you do in your next pieces.
