
Casserole's are a grate way to use up some left over food. And you end up with a wonderful dish in the end.
Undertakers vegetable casserole
Ingredients:
Bag of frozen Spinach
Bag of small shell pasta
Frozen bag of mixed vegetables (onion,carrots,cabbage, 5 cloves of garlic )
3 jars of Classico di toscana pasta sauce
Roasted portobello mushroom
Fire roasted tomato & garlic
Vodka sauce
Directions:
Fill a large pot with water and add a little bit of salt and set the pot on the stove and set the stove to high and wait until the water comes to a boil. Dump the bag of pasta in to the pot of water and let it cook until its done to your likeness. Next heat up a large frying pan and add a little duck fat to the pan (or what ever you like) and dump the bag of frozen vegetables and Spinach and let it cook until most of the water is evaporated and the vegetables are warmed up. Once the pasta is done drain off the water and dump in to a big bowl. When the vegetables are done dump in the bowl with the pasta and add the three jars of sauce and mix well. Next pre heat an oven to 350 and fill up a casserole dish with the pasta and vegetable mixture and set the casserole dish on a baking tray just in case stuff spills over. (makes clean up a lot easier). Let cook in the over for about 15-20 min and Enjoy.
