Althought she don't like to travel all that much, Four sometime have to, as she is quite an important figure of the world. She always run away from those kind of responsabilities that she never really wanted in the first place. Lazyness and complete desinterest of nearly everything leads her to be quite "blasée" of the duty of a famous scientist, a savior that develloped an infinite source of energy for a slowly dying world.
That is why, when she have to travel to divers meeting all around the world, for example an eastern country like here, she don't hesitate to be as relaxe as possible, even if it means that it cost money.
