i use the requests often for to experiment arround with backgrounds and new ways of portraying action inside the settings and how far I can go with the depth of the background

Now that you mention it. I never thought about this fact, it came naturally for me to draw those two lizards in cloaks.

Anyway, the cloaks only were used for to keep the characters in neutrality, to be only some butlers in Eternal´s service

I believe so. It may be from popularity of Dungeons & Dragons with dragons and such. I can see why though its strange for it to happen that way. But I do agree.

neutrality can be seen from multiple ways, my Typh is neutral or tries to. But yet he is dressed like a hero if that is what he looks like or a warrior minding his own.

maybe cloaks symbolise a more intense feeling of neutrality so that the reader doesn´t know even their faces, that makes them almost "invisible" and liveless

I wouldn't say neutrality, its more a sinister neutrality. It comes off as strange things to wear. Its almost as if its to conceal identities. Much like how Shinobi/Ninja do.

Not at all partner this pic is very elegant looking in design as well as the characters. And the artwork that's being displayed in your drawing was a nice touch. Wouldn't consider it as a bondage pic but it surely makes a reference to that for sure. Can't wait to see more

Definitely an interesting take and I don't think it's an idea that's been used before very often if at all for a literal depiction of an art trade. Then we get the bonus of the artwork within the artwork, so it's really two pieces in one for a nice touch. I'm getting a renaissance Italy vibe from the setting, which is beautifully drawn by the way and we get another good look for Eternal in this attire, as well as with tensaug 7's raccoon and the mysterious cloaked lizardfolk whom I'm guessing are probably Eternal's employees rather than anything more sinister.

yes I too had a renaissance setup in mind for this pic, expressing FA as some kind of forum with countless galleries, connected through arcades and temples with each other and the artists exchange real paintings here, what we do in real live via wirtual art trades^^
