Pfft, I wish. xD I'm lucky my arms aren't completely flabby, given all the heavy things I'd bring up and down three flights of stairs for over 14 years. :P

up and down,I reckon they have helped me.

On the contrary, I think those stairs were more of an obstacle than anything. Dunno if they partially contributed to my health issues these days or not, but I will say, I'm definitely happy we're finally off the third floor and living on the ground floor. Some noisy upstairs neighbors and still a bit of a ways to bring some stuff inside aside, it's a great improvement over what we had to do before. I am glad we have a treadmill though, to try to keep healthily active to some extent.

I forget you moved out of the third floor,I'm thinking you're still there but what with your dads mobility problems,of course you're not there anymore.^^;

Hah, yeah, it's certainly made a big difference...although I personally wish we had been able to do so many years ago before all these health problems came up upon us, and especially while my mom was still around because she always wanted to get off the third floor and I'm sure it would have helped her a lot.

True that. Just wish my anxiety and whatever is causing my winded feeling would go away, because it'd make a whole world of a difference.
