Some small things:

*She is an ice-type dragon with a body shape similar to a cheetah.
*She is typically shy and cautious until she gets used to the other person. After that, she'll probably talk your head off or drag you into doing something crazy or silly for fun.
*She can fly and run at high speeds, but lacks in strength. She tends to avoid fighting unless necessary.
*She also doesn't weigh much and is slightly smaller for a dragon of her kind. She stands about 7 foot tall, and about 16 foot in length feral. Anthro would be about 9 foot tall. Her long tail makes for good balance.
*Her claws are made of sapphire stone that grow like normal claws. Her horns have a major influence over her ice power. Should her horns break off, she'll be weakened or unable to use her ability until they grow back. (Not to be confused with Steven Universe plz..)
*The stripes on her back can illuminate at night if conditions are right. Nothing bright, just a subtle glow.
*She prefers cold environments. Her fluffy fur keeps her relatively warm, but being of ice nature, she's naturally colder blooded (though not like reptiles). Icy cold environments don't phase her.
*If drawn in anthro version, wings are not necessary. Clothing is also optional, as her fluff would make it awkward. If anything, some cute headphones or a nice scarf would suit her just fine. A sleeveless hoodie could also work. It just depends on what the person wishes to draw on her.

She is part of a species of dragon that I am currently developing as part of a comic I'm working on. I've taken to calling them "Bijou Dragons" because of their gemstone claws and horns. These stones are the source of their power and different gems have different elements; though every dragon can learn other elemental powers through rigorous training and dedication. Since they are something I'm currently working on, they are not an open species for now.
