Marked out most of the info to show whats going on~ Note these are a YEAR old the curvature in the neck is actually gotten a bit worse as has the pinching in the upper back. I wasnt able to get a copy of the more recent xrays sadly :< (I'm working on it though)
but yea top left is lumbar spine, bottom right is mid/upper back region and bottom left is obv neck area

I have similar issues my neck is perfectly strait and diagonal attached to my skull. i feel ya my friend! Hope things get better. My hips from a leg injury puts me one 30% higher than the other leg. Are you having to see a calaprator too or is there another treatment you have to do?
I'll likely go back to a chiropractor, had to stop because my insurance doesnt cover it and it was getting expensive(having to go at least twice a week :S)
For now the main focus is my lower back issues...I'll be having epidermal neurolysis done some time early next year and if that doesnt work- surgery. My neck and upper back actually really havnt even been addressed yet. The doctors want to focus on one problem at a time and the lumbar/sciatica was the worst of it and the most immediate concern since it can be the most debilitating. :<

My step dad had fallen and slipped a disk. Chiropractor and a good one we were able to get. Got lucky there. Managed to not just mostly fix, but also deal with life long migraines that could last days or weeks that were unrelated to the injury. So it could depending how things go, the person's skill, and maybe some luck?
a LOT of the chiropractors in teh area are a little...uhmmm the stereotype chiro? if that makes sense? Like make are about the weird CHIROPRACTIC CARE CAN HEAL ALL YOUR ALIMENTS. I've found one that isn't like that but it's certainly difficult to find one that isnt full of it.
Oh yeah its really expensive, I have to do it twice a week too but im in college so I can't do it lately.
Oh no that sounds painful I send good vibes your way!
Yes for my neck it really helps me by allowed tightness and teh locks to be able to move more freely and not stiff up :)
- sorry for my late reply T-T

Have you consulted with a neurosurgeon about possibly inserting spacers? My back was degenerating quickly with its curvature, but luckily my discs were in tact. In no way do I want to encourage surgery, but a neurosurgeon would be great to consult with (in network, especially).
My back is now mostly metal and I've lost a lot of mobility, but with the complete drop in pain I would do it all over again. Still three years of recovery left.
Good luck! Stretching and physical therapy are great for starting, but not successful in fixing the problem (just mitigating). If there's damage and any curving, it's unfortunately, only likely to worsen.

Right now I'm currently going through a neurosurgeon and he has to try everything non surgical before he can consider surgical options. so the next step is epidermal neurolysis and if that doesnt work, then surgery will be my next option. I wouldnt doubt it if I'll need spacers eventually, but i'm trying to keep as much mobility as I can while still decreasing the pain as much as possible, at least for now. Sadly I know the curvature will only get worse as I age as well as the discs in my upper back continue to degrade. I'm fairly fortunate to have a reaaalllyyy awesome neurosurgeon helping me out with each step. I'm still pretty hopeful and so is he.

essentially the REALLLLYYY dark areas are air bubbles. SO REALLY YOURE SEEING MY FARTS. HUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUE
But in all seriousness the darker the "organ" the more hollow it is same reason why some parts of the bone are lighter or darker...You can kind of compare it to using sheets of paper against a light...the more paper in between the light and your eye the less light shines through Make sense?

What is that neck condition called if you don't mind me asking? I've never seen one curve that way before, that must be hella painful. Is it something you were born with or did something cause it later on?
Back pain is the worst. I've only ever experienced it severely for a short time and it really hammered home how much I'm taking my healthy spine for granted. Hope you can get the treatment you need!

Honestly I'm not 100% sure what the scientific name for the curvature is, it could just be another form of scoliosis...it also twists slightly weird and that I know is from minor scoliosis, but it is I'm sure in part due to years of relatively bad posture. Truthfully the neck portion doesn't bother me TOO much, though I do get headaches pretty often, but luckily they are usually pretty minor. I do have to be pretty careful sometimes though. I've had it totally lock up on me and pinch nerves. Its def my low back that gives me the most trouble at the moment though.
As far as born with it, I found its mostly genetic combined with years of slouching over a desk to work. My dad has the exact same disc problem in the lower back, somehow he avoiding most nerve issues and doesn't have sciatica, which is pretty incouraging because for the most part he lives a pretty normal life-he's just careful. I'm pretty hopeful it can be fixed or at LEAST mostly pain free. My neurosurgeon is AWESOME and super realistic, but also hopeful. Plus my amazing awesome wonderful parents got me an ipad pro so I can get to work regularly again and hopefully I wont have to be at a desk anymore. If you havnt played with procreate, it SERIOUSLY is all that and a bag of chips. And the mobility is spectacular!
But yea, no worries too much.for the crappy back problems I've got I have a pretty killer support system-Plus it gives me a legitimate excuse to occasionally be lazy ;D
