A sweet commission I got from Temiree on DA. I really loved his art style so when he opened for commissions, I asked right away. He did such a nice job on this and there's only one thing about this piece that makes me envious towards Temiree - the fire. I SUCK when drawing fire. I could never do it right. Welp, I'll learn one way or another. Go check out Temiree's stuff on his account, he's really good at drawing.

Story:
It was a long journey from home for a young wolf. He rest at a small opening in the forest where he made a temporary camp site. As the fire kept him warm for the night, Nauno then looks to the stars. Bright, beautiful and abundant, it's hard to feel any negative emotions when star gazing.
".......I wonder.....maybe it could be true - I have a purpose in my life. I have these strange powers, I could see and do more than the average animalian in general. And I'm not an ordinary wolf. I'm something called a Neonian. What is that anyway? Is that why my eyes are light blue? I still don't understand anything just yet. But......man I'm even more excited to find out." Nauno says with a smile returning to his face one more. He then begins to fall asleep on the ground near the fire to keep warm. As Nauno sleeps, he dreams......but an unusual deem occurs.
Vast white everywhere, small structures appearing....then becoming larger buildings.
"Wh-.....where am I?"
Nauno looks around to see if anyone was around.
"Hello?! Anyone there?!"
........no response.
A small figure appears before him, but was too far away to see who it is. He had a body of a wolf and carried a sword.
"Do you wish to change it? The future of lives destined to fall?"
The voice called out. It was somewhat strong, and piercing. Like a lion's roar.
Nauno was left surprised and curious. "Huh? Wait, who are you?"
"Are you willing to sacrifice everything......for the safety of everyone?"
"I.......everything....for everyone?"
"You must find your true power from within. Earning your rite of passage and become worthy of a Neonian. For those with courage, those with hope, open the doors to success.....and your true answers will be found at last."
The mysterious figure then fades as he walks away.
"Hu- Hey Wait!"
Nauno shouts trying to get that figure's attention again. But his surroundings began to illuminate a bright white light. Nauno covers his eyes with his arms to prevent blindness.
He then wakes up. The fire is still burning, but much more dim than before.
He then thinks to himself "What was that? Was I dreaming? Or was I actually taking to someone? .....'true power from within'......'change the future of lives...destined to fall?' What does this all mean?"
Nauno then looks at the stars again. He then sees a rare sighting....a shooting star. He quickly makes a wish. He clamps his hands together and closed his eyes as he wished.
"I wish......I wish to explore all over the land of Soliare, and discover the secrets of the world."
As he finished his wish, he then opens his hands and continues to star gaze. Little did he know that his adventure throughout Soliare.... is about to begin.
