70th Explorers Garrison, Firehawk squad

This was the longest build on a costume I've ever done to date, and by FAR the most complicated. 501st standards are rigid AF

He underwent three separate revisions, the helmet itself went through two before I was satisfied. The entire costume involved casting, painting, armor making, rewiring and building an entire lightsaber and approx 5000 pleats

But I have never been more proud of a costume or the work that I will be able to do
